The Upper Rio FM Society meets quarterly, specifically on the second Tuesday of January, April, July and October at 7:30pm. All members and visitors alike are welcomed to attend! Our meetings are held in the fellowship hall of Immanuel Presbyterian Church, located at 114 Carlisle Blvd in southeast Albuquerque (at the intersection of Carlisle and Central Blvds). The purpose of the meetings is to conduct normal business of the URFMSI and to tend to other matters as appropriate. The October meeting is the Annual Meeting of the membership, at which three members are elected to the Board of Directors. Interesting programs and presentations usually follow the business portion of the meeting. Topics are announced in the membership mailing (meeting announcement and roster) that occurs before each meeting. Below is a map illustrating the meeting location. Many members monitor and talk on the 146.90 (-, 67 Hz PL) repeater while enroute to and from meetings. Feel free to join them to chew the rag or request additional directions to the meeting location.
