Full Member: Granted use of the URFMSI repeaters, including personal autodial code, linking privileges and right to cast one vote on any motion at the quarterly membership meetings. Annual membership fees are $35 for the first year in the URFMSI, which includes the cost of an operations manual, and $30 per year thereafter.
Family Member: A member of the immediate family of a Full or Life Member, who must have the same mailing address and must meet one of the following conditions: (1) Be a spouse, (2) Be under age eighteen, (3) Be under age 25 and a full-time student, or (4) Be any age if disabled or otherwise financially dependent upon and resident with the Full or Life Member. The Family Member has the same privileges as the Full Member, but no personal autodial code and no voting priviliges. Annual membership fees are $1 per year for the same dues period as the Full Member.
Senior Member: Extended to individuals who are age 70 or over. Annual membership fees are $20 for the first year in the URFMSI, which includes the cost of an operations manual, and $15 per year thereafter.
Associate Member: A supporting member with use of the URFMSI repeaters but no autodial, linking or voting privileges. Annual membership fees are $10 per year.
Life Member: An honorary status conferred on a Full Member by two-thirds vote of the members present at an Annual Meeting of the membership after nomination by the Life Member Committee. There is no annual membership fee for this type of membership.
